The primary objective of this consulting project was to provide a mapping and requirements assessment of the economic context in the EAC region, including pertinent background information for the Center of Excellence in Information and Communication Technology in East Africa.
- Design, development, and implementation of the Knowledge Management System for the Climate Change Department at the Ministry of Water and Environment The purpose of the system was to improve the department’s ability to collect, organize, and share information related to climate change, additionally enhance collaboration among staff members, and facilitate evidence-based decision-making in addressing climate change issues. The system also provides a platform for capacity building and knowledge exchange within the department and with external stakeholders.
